Newman Events became part of the The Henley Festival in 2017. As part of a multi agency security deployment they have taken full responsibility for security within our 4500 seated outdoor arena. The Henley Festival's black tie audience and high end acts such as The Pet Shop Boys, Rita Ora, Jo Whiley take a special kind of approach. Newman Events have always excelled at their duties and have handled themselves professionally, reliably and effectively on every occasion. Dean Newman and his team take an active part in our security planning ensuring that the security at our events takes place without incident or complaint. They complement the multi agency deployment and integrate well with the other agencies involved. They are a pleasure to work with and we are enormously grateful for their support at The Henley Festival.

Newman Event Services were employed by Judgeday for Bath Festival Finale to provide security and stewarding services throughout the build, event and break periods of the festival. Dean and the management team are thorough and approachable throughout planning stages and on the ground. The team responds to and resolves issues quickly and are effective in their management of situations. They adapted quickly to changes; for example changing entry requirements due to COVID and amended resources accordingly. All staff provided during the event were competent and attentive in their roles. We would not hesitate to use them again in future years or for other events.

Newman Events have provided stewards for the Prudential RideLondon - Surrey cycling event for a number of years. They have proven to be very reliable and professional helping to ensure the success of our event on their area of the route. They are very proactive out on the route and with the feedback they provide on how to improve the event in future years.

Here at Wycombe Wanderers Fc we have used Newman Events for the provision of security personnel and stewards over the last 3 seasons both on a match day and for outside events. I have found them to be reliable, friendly and professional to work with. At times when additional staff demands have been made, sometimes late in the day they have always done their best to supply. Newman Events have been supporting events organised by Buckinghamshire County Council for the past 5 years and have provided us with outstanding service in support in a number of areas including road closures, bar security, event site security, traffic management, first aid cover, stage security, cash convoy security and a myriad of other duties in support of our events – both large and small.
